Selfridges Flipside

Flipside was a multi-sensory exhibition held by Selfridges at the old Selfridges hotel. Designed to be an immersive experience for the viewer, Selfridges invited everyone to discuss the meaning of luxury in the present climate. For this exhibition Emerald House embarked on one if its most extraordinary projects to date.

The project includes multiple zones in which the viewers are guided through the exhibition space. Emerald house was involved in the planning and building of the foundations of this exhibition, constructing the expanse of passageways through the zones and most notably the hair-raising 3.4m concrete rotating door leading the viewers into the exhibition.
