Installer

Here at Emerald House Associates we work alongside the most prestigious beauty, cosmetic and jewellery houses to design, manufacture and install point of purchase displays in department stores and airports throughout the UK. We are currently looking for installer to carry out installations in sites across the UK and Europe.

Job purpose:

To install retail displays in Airports and Department Stores throughout the UK. A large part of the work undertaken will be evening/night work as installations will take place in Airport shops and Department stores during store closure.

The majority of the installation work follows an approx. 3 week promotional cycle of installations and pull outs, so work will be on a rolling cycle. When not out on installations your working hours will be spent in our manufacturing/warehouse.

Key responsibilities:

To work to strict production/ installation deadlines
To receive brief from installations team and ensure all logistics for installation have been organised as required
To travel to sites in UK to complete installation of promotional displays, prints, vinyl graphics and other items as required
To complete site surveys and perform maintenance to existing units as required
To work within health and safety guidelines
To complete all other reasonable tasks as necessary
Emerald House operates a 365/24 hour operation so flexibility is essential

Qualifications/Requirements:

Retail, shop fitting and joinery experience will be essential
Attention to detail/good timekeeping
Be able to work on own initiative
Be able to represent company to a high standard with clients
EHA will apply for Airport Passes – CRB check required
Clean driving license essential

Pay is negotiable based upon experience
Overtime is payable at enhanced rates
20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
