Electrician

Here at Emerald House Associates we work alongside the most prestigious beauty, cosmetic and jewellery houses to design, manufacture and install point of purchase displays in department’s stores and airports throughout the UK.

Job purpose:

We are currently looking for an electrician to join the team, this role would be working alongside our workshop to assist with any electrical solutions for promotional display.
The chosen candidate shall need a very good attention to detail, keen eye for detail organised and proactive.

Key responsibilities:

Maintaining a safe working environment
A key player and be part of the overall team
Work with strict deadlines
Maintaining H&S and ensuring standards are maintained
Assisting with general maintenance of the area
To install electrical solutions into promotional displays to suit client brief and design plans
Perform maintenance to existing unitary to replace lighting or LEDs as required
To order/replenish electrical stock as required to complete work
Support production manager and other carpenters
Maintain electrical inspection for buildings and complete remedial work as required
Perform PAT testing on promotional displays/tooling and equipment
Soldering requirements on display units

Benefits:

Pay is negotiable based upon experience
Overtime is payable at enhanced rates
20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
